Healthy shift work food programme?

I work at an airport and some weeks are early starts, some later. Problem is, I have no idea when my meal break will be. Any ideas to solve this? Thanks

The healthiest would be to bring your own food in a lunch cooler. If you have a refrigerator at work, use it. My son brings a thermos of soup every day because he works outdoors.

  • Ahh. I can SO relate to what you're saying. I am a 15 year veteran of shift work working for an airline at an airport. I have struggled with erratic meal breaks for years, always feeling tired and getting sick all of the time. I found the Cellular Nutrition products (Herbalife), particularly the shakes give me the energy to keep me going during the day - particularly when we don't get a break or we only get a mini break! Hope that helps ...
