Are the FBI CIA Homeland Security and local police watching your internet activity ?

I have heard they do.

Update:

The 4th amendment of the United States Constitution is supposed to protect citizens from unlawful search and seizures.Or does it?

Update 2:

Do the words unreasonable search and seizure and probable cause sound familiar? You betcha.

You know I often wonder this myself as there are supposed to be words such as bomb, or president, or assassination that trigger a monitoring computer for them to analyze later. So every time I speak with the boss, I make sure I inquire about the cell and whetherer its time to activate or not, you know all those bridges and WMD, so much work, so little time, sigh, No, I think they have better things to do then to waste time on me.
