add valorum tax in NC?

hi. we are thinking of moving to NC. in GA there is a tax called add valorum. many states have it. is there this tax in NC too?

    that's "ad valorem". Yes.

  • Ad Valorem simply means "Based upon value." Virtually all real estate taxes are based upon the value of the property and all states have real estate taxes.
