Find a course or program (multiple courses or programs preferably) that the other school has that yours doesn't. Make up some story about how it will help you in your future career. That's usually why some students switched to the school where I last worked. That is also how they were approved.

Flattery also helps. Look for things to compliment on.

Tell them its more convient for u seein as the economy is bad. That ur being bullied at ur old school. I really cant think of anything better to b honest other than what u say they dont want to hear. If it was me i would still write it on academics. Its how u word it that they c u trully do mean what u say. For ex something like below (of coursed worded more intellegently)

just tell them that the world is success driven and u fell like u would b better prepared in the new school than ur current. b4 makin it to the real world u first got to go thru college, but b4 college u have to go thru high school. With a better high school with greater academics percentage u have a better shot of goin into college actually knowin what is expected of u and with that it lands u a better opportunity for life outside of college.

Oh and just to sound smart end what ever u decide to write about with this "In the end as our 1st president George Washington once said "It's better to offer no excuse than a bad one." so i undertand and respect ur decsion on my appeal."

I use that in my stuff and proffessors find that impressive that u embed quotes like that lol.

I need to switch schools because the education I'm receiving at the current one be it for whatever reason isn't challenging me to the level of my ability. After serious study and research I feel it in my best interest socially and educationally that I be permitted to transfer to X high school to finish my academic high school career. (fix the grammer and spelling)

You need to change school for the betterment of you education as the academics are better, you will be worthy and you need a new environment to be able to concentrate

the academics are better at the school you want to switch to

you can say its because of academics

or you can just give the truth of why u want/need to switch schools

You need to change schools because you are so bored with your current school, that you have thought about hanging yourself!
