heyyyyyyy im 13 too! lol... (i swear i am im not some online creeper)
... and my best friends bday is on feb 23rd. haha just a weird coincidence.
but anyway if its just girls then id have a regular sleepover at your house. order pizza... watch movies... talk about guysss....
but if its with guys then just have everyone over at your house. you guys can watch movies or do whatever you want.. from past experience youll probably just sit there texting people and making prank calls :)
haha but yeah.. happy birthday and hope you have a fun party!
