Homeschoolers in love with Dover Coloring Books?

History has never really been my 'passion'... but I can fall for it fairly easily when I can 'put myself in' the time period. Now I'm teaching a US colonies class at our co-op and have just fallen in love with Dover Coloring Books. I can show them just about any time, place or historical person in an instant.

The real question becomes... how do I live with the fact that even though so many are just $4 I can't afford them *all*?!? :)

For those who may never have seen them: http://store.doverpublications.com/by-subject-colo...

Update:

Oh wow... now I have even more to shop through. I'm gonna need to rob a bank at some point. <sigh> :-D

We don't have any of the Dover ones, but love the Bellerophon coloring books. http://www.bellerophonbooks.com/shopsys/default.as...

They may be less if you go through Rainbow Resources.

    I like the Bellerephon also.

There was one brand, I don't remember the name, but it seems popular, that we weren't impressed with- they seemed skimpy and coarse next to Dover and Bellerephon.

If you have horse fans, they make a big horse color book that really does have all the horse pictures for less than the cost of two regular coloring books.

Yes I love the Dover books too. They have been around for quite awhile.

Please don't rob any banks-hehe. I know it it is so tempting. I wonder if in your coop if each person could buy one and you can all make copies?
