Who is the actor in the Be the Boss TV ad. The lady calls him Marcello. There are other guys.?

She's talking about their behavior in the prison yard. The guy standing in the back row has to explain shanking to her. He says it's a verb. Any way, I know that this is a parental control commercial, but I have no idea who this actor is and it's been bugging me.

Are the actors from Prison Break by any chance? What show are they from? What's "Marcello's" real name?
