Does anyone believe the constitution is flawed and should be rewritten? I'm worried about it.?

I believe they make up these laws to help themselves...and we voted these bas*ards in, i think that's what really ticks me off more. They have all these secret meetings and all of these things they plan on doing would appall all of us. I seen a snipet of news, where one of our politicians said that very soon anyone between the ages of 18-25 will serve 3 months of duty...and there is so much more, but it would blow away people and everytime i tell someone, they call me a liar or i'm out of my mind. I've done the research and so have many others...and it's sickening.

Yes, they can keep amending, adding, or deleting from the constitution all they want. Were not going to be living by that very soon. There getting away from it more and more. The government is very very sneaky. I BELIEVE AFTER THEY BANKRUPT US, WE WILL BE GOING TO (POSSIBLY) A TEMPORARY CURRENCY CALLED THE AMERO BECAUSE THE VALUE OF OUR MONEY IS DOWN TO NOTHING...NOW REMEMBER, THEY SAY THIS WOULD ONLY BE A TEMPORARY CURRENCY...AND THEN, THEY TALK ABOUT THIS STATE I.D. CARD THAT EVERYONE, AND I SAY ALL OF US...THROUGHOUT THE WORLD...BECAUSE THEY HAVE THIS GREAT IDEA OF BECOMING A ONE-WORLD GOVERNMENT. CAN ANYONE SAY HITLER? THEY HAVE HUGE GLOBAL DATABANKS WITH EVERYONE'S INFORMATION ON IT...FROM THE SECOND YOU WERE BORN UNTIL NOW...AND THAT INCLUDES, ANY MARRIAGES, DIVORCES, MORTGAGES, CRIMES...YOU NAME IT, THEY GOT IT ON YOU! ONE DAY, THEY WILL NOT HAVE PAPER MONEY, THEY WANT TO HAVE YOUR MONEY PUT ON THIS STATE I.D. CARD JUST LIKE A CREDIT CARD YOU SCAN. MY GOD, ISN'T IT BAD ENOUGH, IN THE LICENSE PLATES...THEY HAVE WAYS OF TRACKING YOU DOWN, NOT TO MENTION ONSTAR, WHICH CAN LISTEN IN ON ANYTHING YOUR SAYING, AND YOUR CELL PHONES AREN'T SAFE EITHER, AS WELL AS THE SECURITY SYSTEM CALLED "ADT". WHAT HAVE WE COME TO? HAS ANYONE RESEARCHED ILLUMINATI? HAS ANYONE WENT TO YOUTUBE AND LOOKEDUP THE NAME "JOHN TODD"?

About what you were saying, i don't think the constitution is that flawed that we can't still live by it...they, the government choose not to...it's so much easier to make up new laws and things to fit the times that we live in now and for their own personal gain.

The IRS tax code is completely unconstitutional.

Just try and call them on it. The IRS should have been destroyed by the U.S citizens a long time ago.

I am a firm believer in the Constitution. Anyone who wants to have changes made is free to make their case to a member of Congress to have the proposal presented. That is what the amendment process is for. There is in my opinion no need for a wholesale change to the Constitution.

I don't think it's going to be rewritten, but I think there's going to be a lot of new laws.

it isn't flawed.it is just the perception of democrats that it is.unless it works in their favor like roe v wade.

I think Bush , Cheney and Karl Rove already did. They made it ok to hold you without fair trial and to torture you.

Why didn't you speak up when they were drafting it?
