Soccer World Cup SA 2010 Tickets?

If I pay to go into the lottery to win the tickets and DONT win - do I receive my money back or do they only take off the money from my VISA card if I am successful?

I just researched this at the FIFA website and they give very specific information about the TST (Team Specific Ticket) set of tickets. You can apply for a TST set of tickets if your team is still capable of qualifying for the WC finals. If you apply for (for instance) the United States TST for the 3 group matches and they somehow don't qualify for the tournament, then you lose your 10% TST Service fee for those 3 games (depending on the category of tickets you ordered, you lose either $48, $36 or $24). Otherwise, you get all your money back. So the risk of applying for a TST (and that is regardless of if you just apply for the 3 game test, or the 7 game TST up to the final) are the amounts I listed above. It certainly appears that you get the rest of your money back if you are otherwise unsuccessful.
