Need help with a workout plan that will work for me?
Looking for a workout program that will keep me motivated! Im 5 2 and weight about 200lbs I cant say Im unhappy with my body but Id like to lose a few dress sizes and quickly!! I have just joined a gym but I don't want to get discouraged and quit!! Im starting to eat healthy again but right now Im so sore and just don't want to go back! Any suggestions??
Oh the gym I joined has everything in it, pool, hot tubs, free weights, classes

Mix it up, maybe twice a week go swimming, you could walk on one day run the next, definitely take some classes, I think classes are the most fun. The most important thing is not to over do it. It sounds like you might be pushing yourself to hard. That is the number one thing people tend to do when starting back at a workout routine, then they get discouraged and stop going. Start out slowly to see what your body can handle, and don't workout the same muscles every day. When you workout your muscles tear and they need some time to heal before you tear them up again.

ok you found a workout plan stick to it. Now you just need to find the right diet and stick with it. keep yourself focused on taking care of your body and you will be at your ideal size trust me im doing it now.
