I joined a relay for life team and am fund raising money. I am wondering if anyone has great ideas that icould?

Have you created your personal page yet? Do that. Put your reason to relay on there, and then post the link in your status or a bulletin or whatever on your facebook/myspace/blog/whatever else. Email the link to everyone in your address book, and get your friends/coworkers/parents/kids to do the same.

Write letters to everyone you know. Write letters to businesses. Most people are willing to donate, but noone ever asks because they are too scared. Do you have pets. Write a cute little letter "from your pets" to the vet. Have you looked on the relay for life website at some of the sample letters?

Have a bake sale. Have a car wash. Do you work somewhere that you have to dress up? Talk to your boss about letting everyone in the office pay $5 to relay for life and get to wear jeans/hats/casual clothes for a day.

Check out the website for more ideas though. They have a bunch of really good ideas. These things I have listed are just some things that I have done before that have gotten a great response. My total this year is $700 so far, and we still have over 50 days until our Relay.
