Do you have ANXIETY? Have you tried this?

I wondered if you've heard about the "tap" type of therapy Dr. Mark Steinburg (marksteinburg.com) advocates?

Even though I still believe in behavior modification and rational thought processing, his therapy sounds interesting and some swear by it.

Has anybody tried this? Your results?

Update:

Yes, I do believe in talk therapy to find out the root of why it started. Once you do that, I feel you have the ability to recover.
