Relieve my pain for me.. please!!?

I have done something to my back and I dont know what it is. It hurts really bad and nothing that I have dont has helped it. I have taken tylenol, cracked my back and even tried to walk it out. Nothing has helped. I dont know what else to do. Anyone have any ideas at all? Please share them!

Update:

For those of you that want to know where exactly its at.. it goes from below my shoulder blades, down the back and is all the way across my lower back. It hurts majorly!

    go see a chriopractor you could have done something to your spine lisomething like a compression ..

    you also might of injured your shoulder

    try sleeping on a harder matress or the floor

    It would help knowing where exactly your back hurts. Is it the lower back? Is it around your ribs, your spine, your hips?
