Anyone speak spanish?

I need something translated as best as possible. I need to know exactly how this translates. I speak spanish as well, but I need to know that how I translated it is correct.

Si tuviera un hijo todavia me quisieras?

I believe it says... if i had a son, would you still want?

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

FYI. I found this text on my husband's phone from another woman.
