What is the best thing to take or eat that will surpress hunger?
I want to control what I eat so I wont snack too much. I thought that fiberchoice weight management tables will do the job because they advertise it helps curve appite. I know it won't completely help me loose weight but I just don't want to be snacking in between meals. Anyone have any suggestions??

Increasing the amount of water you drink can help curve your appetite. Veggies would be agood choice too since they are low in calories

I have found that adding one string cheese (low fat, skim of course) and sometimes a handful of berries (best = blueberries) in between breakfast/lunch and lunch/dinner has stopped me from overindulging between meals, and especially late at night. Although yes, you are eating in between meals, youd be surprised how consuming a few calories, regularly, between meals will cut back on you consuming more later in the day.

I like those 5 hour energy drinks, they suppress my appetite and give me energy for a long time.
