Does your Yahoo! Answers Profile have an new option (Recent questions suggested for you) ?

Yes, and almost all suggested questions for me (in the Yahoo! Answers homepage) are either DELETED or at least RESOLVED!!!

Yahoo! Help pages say: "If you are signed in and have activated Suggested Questions, you will see a module containing OPEN questions which should match the subject area of the questions that you answer. This means you shouldn’t have to search to easily find more questions relevant to you."

yes it has it for people to see otherr questions maybe answer them because everyone wants answers so yahoo trys to see what you know about certain things and hooks you up with questions there are a lot!
