I would like some examples of the U.S. federal government violating the constitution.?
I would like to compile a legitimate list of facts to support this for further study.

Creation of Federal Reserve.
And let me quote to you that provision of the Constitution in Article I, Section 8 which defines this.
The Constitution of the United States unequivocally states that only Congress has the authority to coin money, not an independent bank owned by unknown bankers.
"The Congress shall have Power to coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures"

Well two examples that will be happening in the next year:
1. Giving DC Congressional Representation.
When the Constitution clearly says, " apportioned among the States."
2. The US Census, the Constitution says it must be an actual count.
But they are planning on using statistical analysis to estimate the number of uncounted people and add those number to the actual census count.
So basically, someone in the White House gets to just make numbers up,
And say, well for every homeless person actually counted, there have to be 5 that were not counted, for every illegal counted, there has to be 10 illegals who were not counted.
When they have no idea what the actual numbers are.

1. Department of Education (Socialist Indoctrination and Liberal Brainwashing).
2. Federal Emergency Mismanagement Agency
3. Socialist medicine - Medicare, Medicaid, SCHIP
4. OSHA, EPA
5. Communist welfare state (earnings theft and redistribution) programs
6. CAFE "standards"
7. Minimum wage laws
8. The Incumbent Protection Act (McCain/Feingold)
9. Salary increases every year
Since none of these is authorized by anything in the Constitution of the United States, all are prohibited by the Tenth Amendment.
I'll amend this list when I think of more.

The Supreme Court, being part of the judicial branch of federal government, denied the American people it's right to know, when it refused to investigate the birth place of Obama, to assure that the Constitution was not being violated !

IMO any prohibition that is not based on a compelling reason to interfere with individuals' choices is in violation of the Constitution in that such in passing and enforcing such laws the government has overstepped the limits of its just authority. Recall that compel means force. If individuals' choices are infringing on the rights of others, then our government is compelled to take reasonable measures to protect those rights; that is, our government then has a compelling interest in interfering in our individual choices.
We the People, in forming this government, granted it the power to protect our individual liberties -- not the power to be our Nanny and make our choices for us. If my neighbor (a consenting adult acting in privacay) chooses to use drugs, trade sex for money, submit to unorthodox healing arts, gamble, engage in sado-masochism, etc -- none of these actions, in and of themselves, violate my right to be secure in my person, my right to be secure in my property, or any of the various rights listed in the Constitution.
The most basic of rights We the People espoused in forming this government was the right of privacy, the right to be simply left alone by the government unless the government has a compelling reason to mess with us.
