ok firstly dont wash it with soap because it upsets the ph, secondly, you probably have bacterial vaginosis whic is a build up of bacteria in the vagina. Just get some meds from your doctor and also take acidophilus either orally or vaginally aswell because the meds from your doctor take both the good and bad bacteria away so its going to keep coming back. the acidophulus keeps the good bacteria and stops bad bacteria. Another way is a tampon soaked in natural unsweetened plain bio yoghurt as it has live bacteria which is good to keep the ph right down there. it might smell of gone off milk but its ok, just wash with plain water every few days.
also dont douche because it pushes the bacteria firther up and makes it harder to get rid of. some people have had it for up to 10 years!

You don't say what the doctor said, have you been tested for a yeast infection?? Or a urinary tract infection?? Both of these can cause unpleasant smells. The other thing that the doctor might not have told you is that some soaps destroy the natural bacteria that's in your vagina and if that's happening you might have build up of bacteria there. You don't really need to wash with soap there unless you use a really mild on. I just use water as hot as I can stand it and a clean wash cloth and I'm fifty four years old and have never had a vaginal, yeast or any other kind of infection in that area. That's the way that my mom taught me and she's a nurse from back in the 40's and 50's.

Stop washing your "lady parts" with soap for a start, especially inside. Your body is quite capable of cleaning itelf. Just wash the rest of your body but leave your vagina alone. Wear cotton underwear, not too tight, let the air get down there.
Have you had swabs done? You may have thrush or a bacterial infection that needs antibiotics.

for that I suggest Summer's Eve feminine wash. It has antibacterial properties. I think that should work.
Also drink only water with a healthier diet. More fruits and vegetables. Juice is good but it usually carries alot of sugar(added sugar) so don't drink more than a glass or two.

You might have an infection called Bacterial vaginosis I had it when I would douch with scented douch so if the soap you are using has a fragrance you might want to stop using it.

you probably have an infection. You should definately see you doctor for that. maybe the soap that your using isn't sensitive enough for that area. Try using Dove, its sensitive enough to use all over body.

i could attempt showering first and notice what occurs. yet while that bo doesnt budge, i could see a doctor. sometimes I scent down under from determining, yet i many times bathe after and use physique washes or vaginal cleaners. i could attempt walmart, objective, or ok-mart or something. they many times have them.
