When looking at the main entrance (south side), Alameda Park is on the left and Avienida Cinco de Mayo approaches from the right (East). The Latin American Tower is to the right and behind you.
The mailing address on their website is given as:

The response given by Rhino regarding the location of Bellas Artes was correct, however the address is wrong. It is not located on Reforma. The address listed on the website lists it as being in Col. Polanco Chapultapec. That is incorrect..I am thinking there must be some government offices located there. It is actually located in Col. Guerrero. It is on the corner Eje Central and Ave. Juarez with Sears being in fornt of it and on the back side, it is on the corner of Eje Central and Ave. Hidalgo.
