Pearl drops/Arm & Hammers advanced whitnening?

This morning I used an Arm & Hammer Advanced Whitening toothpaste, then pearl drops after it, and on the back of the A&H tube it said something about if you intake fluoride from another source, consult your doctor.

Does this mean I shouldn't have used both?

    No it does not mean that, but fyi these products dont work
