I ordered from Koolkingdom, and I HAVE NOT recieved my order, they do not reply to the emails?

I have already paid. Is there anything I can do and is there anyone that can help me get through to koolkingdom?? Please HELP.

    HI I ALSO ORDERED FROM KOOL KINGDOM ON THE 8 OF APRIL THIS YEAR THE PAYMENT WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT STRAIGHT AWAY AND 22 DAYS LATER I STILL HAVEN'T HAD MY ORDER. AS WITH YOU I HAVE SENT LOTS OF EMAILS THAT THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED. I CAN'T FIND AN ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER FOR THEM.

    PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU GET HOLD OF THEM OR WHEN YOUR ORDER COMES. shred_sake@yahoo.co.uk
