"Hallo. Wie geht es dir/Ihnen? Ich bin dabei, deutsch zu lernen. Ich wünsche dir/Ihnen einen schönen Tag!"
"dir" is informal (family, friends, when you're on first name terms with sb.)
"Ihnen" is formal (foreigners, authorities, simply people you don't know personally and address with "Mr" or "Mrs)
