'Mushrooms' in the Netherlands. I have just heard tonight.....?

that after a post mortem on someone who's death was supposedly caused by the use of mushrooms, thereby bringing in the banning of the sale last Dec., it has now been proved that the death was not caused by the use of this drug. Following the finding it is now proposed that the new law be rescinded, and the sale of 'mushrooms' will again be allowed.

I'm not really sure as to whether to believe this or not, as, to me it raises questions about the ability of the Netherlands legal system to basically 'make it's mind up'

There were more objections to the sale of "paddo's" then just one case, I did not hear of this story you are telling and this new law stays just the way it is. It is the law and certainly not something temporarily. So, not a chance...

What was in the news this week is: grow-sets would still be legal. Some big growing companies grow psychedelic truffle's now and earlyer: small mushrooms for drug-use often grow in gardens between the grass. Everyone has them.

I know a case in France were the Larousse Encyclopedia mistakenly had a wrong drawing of eatable mushrooms (It's a huge thing for french people to pickup mushrooms in the forest for cooking). Anyway, this person cooked a poisonous mushroom and died and Larousse Encyclopedia had to withdraw every book from the stores and I bet they got sued for it also.

Mistakes happen all the time and Laws change all the time.
