My USB's aren't working properly.?

I recently changed my motherboard and I've lost most of my USB functions. Cannot access flash drives, memory cards unless I use Disk Management... even still limited on usage. Now, my keyboard and mouse, webcam work fine. My iPAQ will not sync, nor will my Camcorder. I'm at a bit of a loss. All of my drivers are up to date. Little help?

    Did you install the new mobo drivers?
