Why haven't i lost any weight yet?

Im 14 and i have been working out/ running (cardio) everyday for about 2 weeks and it honestly looks like i haven't been doing anything. I use the little belt thing that increases the heat or something its called a belly burner or belly buster i don't know

*I am a guy

*I am 14

*After every workout I have a whey protein shake

    It also depends on what you're eating. If you are taking in more calories than you burn, you won't lose weight. If you have a high fat intake, that will defeat your weight loss. High sodium will make you retain water, which also limits weight loss.

    There are many factors involved. And frankly, that device you're wearing probably only made you lose weight in your wallet.

    First start out by measuring yourself. Neck, bicept, forearm, chest, waist, hips, thighs and calves. Then retake these measurements every weeks. This way you will see where you are loosing from. If you don't have much to loose it may take longer than if you have a lot to loose. Also you need to be doing cardio for at least 20 minutes to really get results. If you are lifting weighs and such you will be gaining muscle so you may be loosing fat as well but not seeing it on a scale. As far as that belly "thing" it will mainly cause you to sweat more in that area causing water loss, not weight loss. As soon as you drink any water you are starting to replenish that loss.     You ae still growing, don't get caught up in the hype man. Watch what you eat and MOVE and you will do GREAT!! Good luck
