i have a picture of a map and need each section of the map clickable and linked to another page.

It's called image mapping. Here is a great tutorial:

It's called an ImageMap.
Basically, you reference geographical shapes (squares, circles, and polygons) within the image, and set up links as you need.

lol its image mapping....
but before i knew that... i used tables....but it was hard to put them in right spots... so yah use the img maping ;)
