can someone pleasexplain to me how the extra easy plan works, as i am conused because it goes against everything we are told about red and green days?

hi my mum does slimming world, she been doing it for about 3 weeks
i dont no how it works but if your wondering how to do it then what ever your eating have a look in your sin book and put down the lowest sin of the food your eating.
