is this prom dress slutty?

I think it's gorgeous, but it doesn't look much like a prom dress. It'll be easier to dance in too lolz

I think it would be good for you. If you are worried about looking short, than a dress right above the knee with some killer heels will lend to a lengthier appearance. Now In terms of Heels, Why not purple? You can get some killer heels dyed to match the dress exactly.

Some strappy heels would be great with that dress. Just dont go to whamo glittery on the heels because you dont want people staring at your feet as it will make you seem shorter, plus you want your dates eyes on your body and eyes right?

Just wear it, love. It's not too short. It's really cute. And at least it's not from Forever and so you know you won't have to worry about someone else wearing the dress. Btw. In case Tacho asks you, you have a date, kay? Make it up if you don't. He really wants to ask you for some reason... -.-;

I think that dress is perfect for you especially because you are not that tall. I adore the color too. Personally, I think that gold heels would look best because purple looks best with warmer colors but if you don't want to wear gold then just wear the silver heels!

Does your college have gown rules? If not no this isnt too slutty in any respect. in the experience that your college would not prefer epidermis or cleavage exhibiting then for sure not this gown lol. yet i think of in any different case it is going to be nice. that's quite outstanding! i might placed on it to my prom :)

Slutty no, but perhaps slightly tacky for your frame. Hard to say without seeing it on. As long as the hem is above the knee and you can fill it out ...it should be fine. I would go with the silver shoes and an up 'do for your hair. Good luck and have fun!

It won't be slutty at all, as long as it fits you correctly. Nice dresses can look bad if you try to wear one that's too tight,that's where it starts to look a little sluttish.

& I'd pick the heels depending on what jewelry you're wearing.

It's not slutty at all. It's beautiful & very classic. What I don't know though is if you have the body for it. I realize you put your height. You did not put your weight & bra size. Which is what we really need to know. You have great taste, the dress is beautiful.

Heavens NO!!! It would look great on my wife...better in red but purple will do. Of course if you're 5'1''ish and 200 lbs. it could be a problem.....
