Should the "truth commission" determine that the CIA did not mislead Ms Pelosi, should she step down?

Yep, Pelosi has called for a congressional "truth commission".
Mike S, we will likely have truth commisions in the future.

Oh hell yeah. She should have been gone long ago with her little visit to Syria.

Oh we have a truth commission in the congress now? And whose truth would that be? If she lied then of course she should step down or be removed by other legal means. If it comes out that she lied about one thing how can anyone trust her on anything else? Well you asked for opinions. Good luck to you

It is proved that the old 'misled' thingie is effective. Indeed, it's a badge of honor to most Democrats (who voted for military action in Iraq). It will protect Ms. Pelosi, who will claim that even though it turns out that she actually witnessed waterboarding taking place while she was eating popcorn in an observation booth, they insisted it was only a movie. After all, they brought her popcorn!

Our government should never have that authority, to force a resignation just because a politician lied.
She should have the decency to step down on her own.
(I don't even think democrats like her.)

or the ones that authorized these war crimes.??
They're not important.
