Is Russia now considered a "Christian Nation"?
I found this headline on My Yahoo news page. "Moscow police violently break up gay pride rally" So it made me wonder with all of the Atheist' saying we who are christian are homophobic perhaps Russia is no longer considered a Godless regime.
What are your thoughts? Notice I did not say comments.

i myself don't understand how a individual can say that in case you do no longer have confidence in the trinity (invented on the council of Nicea in 325 A.D.) which you're no longer a christian. Juses became no longer a trinitarian, it became in no way coined until eventually 3 hundred years After Jesus (provide or take some years) time. it particularly is a guy made doctrine and opposite to the entire new and previous testomony. Now, to the question handy. Mormons have their "very own" bible that they think of is greater appropriate to the Bible. that's what makes them "no longer christian". a minimum of Islam admits a distinction. their very own e book, their very own chief, and the two take the diety of Jesus and slam him. A Christian is somebody who's pointed out with Christ in loss of existence, burial and resurection. To the factor. A Follower of christ and confesses that he's LORD , that's comparable to GOD. seem up this scripture Genesis 27:20 KJV who's the Lord? Genesis 27:20 KJVA Exodus 8:10 NAS there are various verses that say the Lord is God. Mormons and J.W.'s deny this, in simple terms as islam does

Governments have laws that can parallel religious beliefs. You get punished for "sinning," in other words. But it doesn't mean that Russia, for instance, can be considered "Christian" any more than America can be considered as such, even though its laws have a Judeo-Christian influence.

This is good news! So excited about the change in Russia! God is invading the earth and taking back what the evil stole. America is a Christian nation.

Russians love Buddhism and just need the correct Buddhist expert to go there and teach them the true light of being free from dogma and ritual.

Where on earth does it make any reference to God in that article? It's called homophobia - whether it is justified by religion, society or so-called morals.

I think Russia is a Mafia state now, maybe name different, same rules and they cannot take a cut or do not want a cut of gayness. So they plain do not want it, in their controlled state. via la freedom.....get real
