Will the current IPL going to hurt India's World Cup chance?

Indian players have been playing too much cricket this year and barely have they been rested. Gary Kirsten also has mentioned to the affect. With barely 20 days left and sill IPL matches underway, will it be enough time for the players to be rested and also to get used to England conditions? Remember even the IPL games are short, players have been injured - Zaheer (shoulder) and Sehwag(who just came back) - Dhoni playing with back problems and no backup for him. How do you think Indian players will cope the pressure?

the positive side of it is good match practice of T-20. We have adequate bench strength but Dhoni is indispensable considering his skippership qualities and good batting in T-20.

Playing IPL will give Indian team practice for the World 20/20. But there is risks if the experienced players get injured and we haven't seen many big issues regarding that. I think Indian team will get a week of rest after IPL which is ending on May 24th.

Exposure to South African condition may help the players to do well in England. After the IPL tournament, players will have one week rest. Hence I do not think that IPL matches will in any way hamper India's chances in T20 World Cup.
