Yugioh Harpie Lady Question + Hysteric Party?

Very good questions to ask. I wish that the official TCG site hadn't removed the FAQ section of it's site but sadly it has so I can't list my reference. Back when they had the card FAQs though they covered the first part of your question. Cyber Harpie and Harpie Lady 1, 2, and 3 are each treated as if their name is "Harpie Lady" for all purposes. This includes deck/side deck limitations as well. So you are allowed Harpie Lady 1, Harpie Lady 2, and Harpie Lady 3 but you can not have Cyber Harpie in your main or side decks now as you have three Harpie Lady's in your deck. This also goes for other cards like "A Legendary Ocean" as they say the card name is treated as another card. If it specifies a specific time that it is treated this way, such as "Proto-Cyber Dragon" being treated as "Cyber Dragon" while it is on the field, then the name would be different. In this case you would be allowed 3 proto and 3 cyber in your main and side decks.

As to your question about Hysteric Party, this is a good question too as it doesn't quite specify so it could be confusing. From the looks of the effect, I would wager that this is like a "Call of the Haunted" that has a cost (discarding the 1 card) and it allows you to bring back several monsters at one time. So, just like "Call of the Haunted" it's a 1 shot deal. Once you activate it, you special summon the harpies in your grave and that's all you get. I hope this helps you! Good luck!

Not a bad deck. Here are some changes that you could probably make to strengthen it. Monsters -1x Silpheed (not winged beast) -1x Summoner Monk (no need, waste of spell card) -1x Winged Sage Falcos (weak, and hardly uses effect) -1x Rose, Warrior of Revenge (up to you, but does this deck really need Synchros)? -2x Swift Birdman Joe (weak and pointless effect. +2x Raiza the Storm Monarch (strong and useful effect. Winged Beast also) +1x Harpie Queen (must be run in 3s...) +2x Battlestorm (good effects and winged beast) +1x Birdface (harpy deck requires harpie's doesn't it) +2x Garuda the Wind Spirit (winged beast, special summon and resonable effect) Spells -1x Creature Swap (no need) -1x Enemy Controller (see previous response) -1x Shrink (no point in only having 1) -1x Harpie's Hunting Ground (2 is enough. Easilly gotten with Harpie Queen) +1x Brain Control (actually take their monster to use) +1x Mystical Space Typhoon (there is a reason why this card is limited to 1) +2x Swallow's Nest (perfect in Winged Beast decks.) Traps -1x Reckless Greed (no point in running 1) If you want another trap, you can use either: -Spiritual Wind Art - Miyabi -Another Bottomless Trap Hole -Compulsory Evacuation Device These are only suggestions. You may end up using them all, or none. It is entirely up to you, and I respect that. I hope this helps.

and the Hysteric Party only works once
