Yeah I'm pretty sure this sounds lame. Too bad. :)?

I've been playing piano for about 9 years but lately it's been hurting my wrists like CRAZY just to try and get through one piece. It might be from trying to stretch my fingers too far, because my hands are really really small, but it feels like my wrist is ripping apart and it sorta weakens my whole hand. Is this a strength issue or overuse or WHAT? And what can I do about it? It's starting to actually affect my performances. :P

This definitely sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome.

Check it out with your doc, and the doc will explain the symptoms.

You need to wrest that wrist, O.K.?

Depending upon how old you are, tell this to your parents/a doctor.
