Is an individual responsible for the results and consequences of his/er thoughts, words and deeds?

In addition, can this responsibility be shared with other persons and entities

    Yes to your second, provided said second parties were accomplices.

    Thoughts alone don't have consequences so no.

    Deeds - of course, you are assumed to be responsible for the natural/probable results of your actions.

    Words - questionable. Freedom of speech is not unlimited (you cannot defame someone, you cannot yell "fire" in a building, you cannot make false police reports, etc.).

    Can responsibility be shared? Sure - accomplices and co-conspirators are charged all the time.
