Here is a fave recipe of mine, and it is faster.
heat oven to 500. coat loin in veggie oil and balsamic vinegar.
slit loin, and insert pickled or non pickled garlic cloves in slits.
sprinkle w/ a little salt and pepper, bake 30 minutes. serve w/ fave side.

The best pork loin I make I use McCormick roasting bags I get the one for pork and it says herb. All you do is follow the directions on the package and it is absolutely delicious, there is no muss no fuss and the clean up is minimal. You really have to try it. But for now 350 degrees and I would cook for 1 and 1/2 hours after that time I would cut into it and make sure it is not pink, since you have to be careful with pork. Again I do recommend the bag it makes things a whole lot easier.

I would cook it for about 20 minutes per pound at 325. You should use a cooking thermometer if you are worried it will be under cooked. Pork should reach 150 degrees but some cook until 160 degrees.

That's about right. It helps to have a meat thermometer. And remember to let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
