has anyone else gone to applebee's and ordered the 2 for 20 just for themselves ?

YES!!

Sometimes people don't realize that they are all normal size portioned meals (which are already big enough meals on their own), i Guess they think that they are just "sample" size meals. I have tried to explain this to people numerous times, but for some reason customers just dont always get it!

Other times, people are just really hungry! A couple came in the other week and EACH of them ordered a 2 for $20 for themselves (and finished it all), and than they both ordered desserts.

On some occasions though people just want to take advantage of the good deal, so they get the 2 for $20 for themselves and have us put one of the meals in a TOGO container for later.

Yeah i did i just told her i was expecting someone then said i got stood up & took it all home in a to go container.
