Are there any humans at PayPal?

I sold an item on ebay and although I got a message from ebay saying the buyer had paid; that Paypal was processing paymemt and that I could check its staus through my Paypal account, the account still shows nothing. The buy wants to collect the item tomorrow and of course can't until I know I've been paid. Emails to PayPal and Ebay have not yet been answered, and although I've called PayPal Customer Services (hah!) and tried every blasted option on their automated system, I still can't find a way of asking a person to check what's going on. Has anyone ever got through to anybody sensible?

    Maybe the buyer didn't complete the transaction or didn't pay. Are you sure its not a phishing site. Call their customer service center.

    Wait until you get the money before giving the buyer your item.

    I'm in Aust. & got a 1800 ph no. last week when I had a PayPal query, got through no probs during business hours. I'm @ the opposite end, PP said they sent a payment to my cr card fr a seller but it hasn't arrived yet. But yes there are humans there you just have to work the system, if you want to phone them they will give you a pin which is valid for one hour, then it's up to you. Good luck

    Yes they are just hard to get ahold of.
