What is something that you take for granted?

LOL! That's funny - before I opened and read your details, I was thinking water too! I am always fortunate for many things I have, family, job, place to live, necessities, good health, etc., but running, readily available water is something you have that you don't really ever think about until you don't have it. A few months ago, the basement in our apt. bldg. got flooded, therefore affecting the hot water heater. Hot water alone is required for so many things, for a few days I couldn't wash dishes, or bathe me or my daughter. Plus with the way the laundry is set up, I couldn't do that either. It's hard when you are so used to everyday things like that, and all of a sudden you are all thrown off. Definitely makes me feel lucky on 'regular' days when everything is normal.

Well, now that I get headaches/migraines almost daily, I took for granted my health. If I got that back into shape, I would be the happiest person I know.

Having a job, sometimes i complain and then i realize millions of people are now w/out ones

i really take it for granted that love making is given in marriage.... but i know it can be very special with much creativity and variety in the participants

Shelter.

A roof over my head

Clothes to wear

Food to eat

A country that allows me to be free
