how do i get special construction removed from registration?

is it possible

my problem is that the used dealer i bought the bike from wrote Sp. Con. on the bill of sell, now the reg. and the ins. is outragous. Is there not a way to get that changed so my rates will go lower?

    You can't. That is the actual name of the motorcycle.

    I wrote 2 motorcycles policies with that name. It took some research to figure them out. The actual name is Special Construction.
