i'm planing a very big bbq , what do i need?
i'm having a bbq with about 200 people. i'm making a list on what i need but if anyone has any ideas on something i forgot that would be great.

Make sure to see if anyone has any allergies or is vegetarian/vegan. You may want to buy Veggi or Tofu burgers anyways, just in case! You also didn't include relish, but it's optional if you want. Some people like it. You also should include cheese slices and tomatoes for the hamburgers, and pickles too! You have alot of stuff it seems, and may want to rent a microphone depending on the kind of entertainment you're providing. Be sure to hook up either the radio or your ipod to provide music, so that the mood is set. If it's at night, you may want to find some cheap citronella candles to reduce the amount of bugs, and to provide pretty lighting. If it's during the day, it doesn't matter. Do you have a rain plan just incase? You may want to see if you can rent a couple white party tents incase of emergency, to shield the food etc. Make sure you have enough seating as well!
