Blue Ribbon Chevrolet operating with questionable tactics?

Question

Today a friend has spent most of the day on the telephone attempting to get the title for a car she had purchased from Blue Ribbon Chevrolet in Okmulgee, Oklahoma 4 months ago.
She placed a check for $2,000.00 down payment after signing a contract with the dealership in which they agreed to provide financing for her.
She was issued a citation a few weeks ago for failure to pay all taxes due the state of Oklahoma, since she was still operating the vehicle with the original dealer temporary tag. Blue Ribbon allowed the tag date to expire while failing to provide the financing as agreed upon in the signed contract.
Blue Ribbon Chevrolet is now demanding that she return the vehicle to them because her ‘credit’ had gotten worse. As anyone with any credit knowledge knows, every time a request for credit is made on an account and denied, the credit score drops. Blue Ribbon Chevrolet has made repeated loan request through various lenders causing the credit bureau to lower her score.
Has anyone else had a problem with this agency using this tactic?

That's a very interesting question you posted there John and let me tell you that the jews are so confused right now that they really don't know which candidate to support. That's never happened before in our history as a nation. Jews that voted for Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., won 77 percent of the Jewish vote in the 2004 presidential election. A national poll released Thursday by the American Jewish Committee has Obama leading McCain 51 percent. Mr. Obama has the least Jewish support of any Democratic presidential candidate even less than that when Jimmy Carter faced Ronald Reagan in 1980, which was 56 percent!!! Political Analysis folks predict that only 30-40 percent of jews will actually vote for the Democrats at the 2008 elections. So I don't want to hear any crap about jews voting for Obama and if this kid wins many things are bound to change in the States. All for good of course. I think the time has come my friends. All of those wounds will be disinfected using Democracy as the main cure. The Machine is always right.

Sorry... not likely going to happen.
But one warning... if you respond to any online bank offer that requires you to pay an upfront fee for a loan... it is a scam.
It is actually illegal to charge an upfront fee or a downpayment on a promised Loan. Any fees and charges are attached to the amount you finance and you will pay those fees with your interest on the loan.
So... do not fall for the scammer that offered you a loan as long you pay them a downpayment or a fee for the loan processing costs.
