why would someone arrested and released have no charge level?
If someone was arrested and then bailed out why would there be no charge level? and no further court date but says they are released on bond? by charge level it doesnt state misdemeanor or felony. and it says zero days sentenced with no upcoming court date listed.

It sounds like whoever filed out the bond form forgot to put the information in.
If bond was posted there is a charge. In court the charge could be dropped but that happens in court, not during the bonding process. If charges were dropped while in lockup/jail he would have been released with out a bond, That is called released without charging.
Contact eh arresting agency to find out the court date and charge. If he does not go to court on the correct date he may lose his bond, at least temporarily until someone looks at the paper work mistake. He could also get a failure to appear warrant so find out the court date and place.

Because the american legal system is corrupt, and you can pay money instead of actually having a court record.
