what are the exercises for burning fats?

    Aerobics are the best to burn fat, after about 20 minutes.

    That is why people exercising only 30 minutes do not burn a lot of fat.

    They do 5 minutes warm up, then 20 minutes in their target zone, then when they’re about to use their fat reserves…they cool down for 5 minutes and stop!

    The body starts using your fat reserves after about 20 minutes in your target zone (70% to 80% of you MHR is best for fat loss) when your brain finally gets the picture that you’re going to do this for a while.

    It’s like when you eat. Even when you’re full, it takes 20 minutes for your brain to get it! So stop eating before you feel full.

    ANY exercise is good, as long as it gets your heart pumping faster and give you a good sweat (which you won’t feel if you’re swimming).

    I just recently lost 80lbs and I have been using Exercise TV on demand. I do a lot of the circuit training (strength with cardio bursts and it works wonders!!!! It took me a year to loose the weight and I have kept it off for a year. Kendall Hogan, Cindy Whitmarsh, Jillian Michaels and Stephanie Vitorino are some of my favorite trainers.     Hey,

    All you need is to get a bit of warm up and then jog a few hours . pleeeease don't prefer any gym if you are not above 19. You could try building abs and enough data could be gained from the site under given. I personally have tried it.
