who's your favorite profisherman (someone different)?
I'm not talking about the typical KVD's and Mike Ike's, someone different. I'm big into redfishing and inshore stuff so some of my favorites are C.A. Richardson, Dwayne Eshete and Tadd VanDerMark

Shaw Grigsby & Peter T are 2 that come to mind. I have met both of these gentlemen and they are the "real deal". Both of these guys fish because they LOVE it.
I also like Hank Parker. He reminds me of my deceased Uncle. Both my Uncle & Hank had a "common touch" and a "teasin' manner" that always tickles your funny bone. (Both men, Uncle/Hank, were also very religious.)
I actually DIS-like Roland Martin/ Mike Ike. Roland is a "put-on" and Mike is a "showboat". (However, I'm sure if you met them in person they would be fine chaps.)
Mark Sosin's show was good, (when it was on). He def knows his saltwater fish. "Spanish Fly's" Jose Wejebe is probably one of my favorite saltwater guys, (next to CA Richardson).
Well, I guess I don't have a "fav" either, (lol).
Thumbs to BC.

I am sorry but i really have no favorite pro fisherman. I really do admire Kevin Van Dam but everyone is going to say him. I can't recall his name, but he works for Strike King and has a rather thick mustache. Watched him on a few shows including fishing a lizard with a Carolina rig, and crank baiting for redfish. Very cool guy.

I really like Roger Stegall. I met him at BPS two years ago at the fishing classic. He's a really knowledgeable and accomplished angler. Being a member of the Strike King pro staff, he gave me a few tips on crankbait fishing that I would have NEVER come up with on my own. He's a guide on one of our local lakes here (Pickwick) as well. I really have a great deal of respect for the guy.

No doubt about it....Lefty Kreh hands down. He probably taught more people how to fly fish than anyone.
