Concert seating??....?

I am going to a concert at US Bank Arena, and i have tickets for

Section 3 row Y

i found out that i can return them and get better seats

are the new tickets i could buy a lot better than the ones I already have. or is it not worth it to return my other tickets to get the new ones?
