SIMS3 QUESTION!! doesnt work on my computer?

i got sims3 and installed it ok and everything. the first time i tried to play it it would load up all the way and once i got to the "make a family" the game just shut itself off. my computer stayed on, so im not sure what it is. then i thought my computer might not be big enough to play the game (it works on my brothers computer - his is nicer than mine is) so i tried deleting some things off of my hard drive that i didn't need anymore, but there wasn't much there that i could get rid of, i havent installed anything but sims3!! that did help for ahwile, the game worked. then after awhile it stopped again. i tried searching for more stuff to delete off of my hard drive, but that didn't work. what do you think it is?! did this happen to you? how did you solve it? help!!!! i will pick the person for best answer who solves my problem first!

    This was a common problem, I believe, with the original release. Check for the latest update, as EA claims it has solved some of these issues. Many customers were complaining that, even though they met all the system requirements, the game would crash at the Sim creation screen. Apparently, the latest update helps with this.

    ok so what pc do you have? Mac or living house windows? there are requirments for the sims yet optimistically itll artwork! ok this would sound dumb yet positioned toothpaste on it then wash it off. if it doesnt artwork, ask your brother in case you're you able to apply his pc. you are able to call EA video games (selection on the field or ebook)

    ok so what computer do you have? Mac or windows? there are requirments for the sims but hopefully itll work! ok this might sound dumb but put toothpaste on it then wash it off. if it doesnt work, ask your brother if you can you use his computer. you can call EA games (number on the box or booklet)

    omg the same happen to my computer tht i'm on now but mines jus slow and i jus don't want to play it

    so check thesims3.com in the support to c if ur computer has the right space tht it needs

    how i solved it well i had to put it on my mom really nice computer

    you have to look at the back of the sims3 case and it tells u wat computer it worrks on at the bottom then see if it works on your computer and if it doesntbring it back to the store
