what is the best way to get from manila to the region of la paz in the province of abra?

is there an airport in abra or a neighbouring province? which airlines fly there from manila? how much approximately would it cost?

    Nearest airport is Laoag International. It is about 3 hours to Abra.

    If you want to take a bus. Partas Bus (Cubao) has a direct trip from Manila to Bangued, Abra. Bus to Abra is about 9 hours from Manila.

    to get to abra, you can take a philippine rabbit bus from manila to baguio (7 hours), and then from baguio to abra (1 hour or less).
