Casa Bonita.
It has been featured on SouthPark. I would not say it is the best sit down restaurant in Denver, but if you are young, or just young at heart, you have got to see this. It is certainly an experience.
Go to SOUTHPARKSTUDIOS.COM and search for the episode about Casa Bonita. You can watch the episode for free online and see all of the interesting aspects of the restaurant, especially toward the end.
There used to be a great restaurant called the Petroleum Club downtown. Not sure if it is still open. It is extremely expensive, if you are into that.
South of Denver, in Castle Rock, is a restaurant called the OLD STONE CHURCH, which is also very nice, and it has been there for a long time. Not as pricey, but you are likely to need reservations.
Enjoy.

Elle's advice of Taqueria Patzcuaro for real Mexican foodstuff is heading in the right direction. countless the perfect i've got had. an outstanding form of human beings like Little Anita’s New Mexican 1550 S Colorado Blvd yet I even have been extraordinarily underwhelmed. For some real NEW Mexican foodstuff, try Jack-n-Grill on 2524 Federal. And in overdue summer time they enhance a number of that astonishing Hatch chili and you will discover it being grilled all alongside Federal Blvd, including at Jack-n-Grill. I went to UNM and fondly keep in mind New Mexican cooking and nevertheless swoon on the scent of Hatch chili roasting. For some thing somewhat distinctive - Latin American - try crimson Tango at 5807 W thirty 8th Ave in Wheat Ridge. i understand those are slightly achronic yet they're nicely worth it.
