Honestly i see no problem with that. If you see from a certain point of view you are no longer her boyfriend so you have nothing to do with who's dating her, even if it is your brother.

You gotta let it go man, don't hold to the past, she moved on so should you. He is your brother, once you are not with her anymore you should support him. Unless you still have feelings for her! If that's the problem i understand you don't like him to be with her. Otherwise, just forget her =) Sometimes we have to hear what we don't wanna hear... and that's just my opinion and advice. Find another girlfriend, you'll forget about your brother being dating your ex. ;)
