Spaying is when they remove all the reproductive organs from the dog, to prevent her from becoming pregnant, and keep her healthy in the long run. If you don't have any experience breeding dogs, you aren't breeding to better the breed, your dog has not been health tested, then you Do Not breed your dog. Breeding should be left to the professionals, who know what they are doing. If you tried breeding your dog, not having any idea what you are doing, you would be risking your females life and her puppies lives. There are already way too many dogs in Shelters, that get Euthanized everyday because of over breeding. Please don't add to it! Have your dog Spayed!!!

By mate do you mean breed her? If you want to care for her, you don't. You get her spayed & she's healthier and will live longer. You'll vet will explain the procedure when you take her in to have it done. I THINK YOU LOVE YOUR PET VERY MUCH.

Learn how to spell first. Next call your vet and set up the appointment to get her spayed. She does not need to be bred. Having her spayed will be the best thing for your pet. Good luck, Lucky!

Don't think about breeding your dog. Registed pedigree dogs should only be bred to improve the breed. That means only top quality dogs with a couple of titles and all health testing done.
Unregistered or limited registered pet dogs should not be bred.
Spaying is the way to go. It is desexing so your dog will not go into heat and she will not become pregnant.

Please don't spay the dog until she has at least one litter of pups. It is wrong to deny her that experience.

...Ask your vet. In my opinion, If you don't know what spaying is, you shouldn't have a dog.

spaying is where the vet will "tie her toobs" or tie of the tube of witch the egg goes though so she can't get pregnant. i recommend!
